After growing up in the city I moved to Cornwall and in 2013, began On Serpentine Shores as a way of documenting my life here.

For me, storytelling is my raison d’être. I love sketching-up a concept in my mind, then expressing it and bringing it to fruition whether through words, images or design.

Inspired by history, literature and the natural world, I adore visiting museums, libraries, galleries and gardens. And I consider my work to be quiet, thoughtful and earthy; relaxed, artful and organic.

When I’m not busy at work, I can be found in the veg patch, by the sea (most likely with a camera in hand) or with my nose in a book.

Oh I love this! Someone after my own heart.
We currently live in the city (after I was brought up in a small town) and hate it. Hopefully by the end of the year we'll be in a little detached house in the middle of nowhere growing our own etc.
